Not receiving confirmation or password reset email

First, please check your email spam folder.

If you don't see the password reset email there, you can ask your firm’s PacerPro account administrator to change the password for you.

 If you are an account administrator:

  • Go to
  • On the “Users” tab, enter the name of the user in the filter bar on the left side of the screen.
  • Click “Edit.” Enter the new password under “PacerPro password”
