What's the difference between a Case/Docket Update and a PDF2Go document?

Case/Docket Update Notifications

Docket updates refer to updates to the docket sheet (ie, the text of docket entries). To guarantee that you receive this, you MUST set an update schedule. Otherwise, you will only receive these alerts if/when another PacerPro user has scheduled upates turned on. 

If you do not want to receive docket updates, you MUST turn the alert off.

PDF2Go Email Notifications

PDF2Go emails are only available if you have set up PDF2Go properly by entering your unique PacerPro email (e.g. fergus-intemann-5208@ecf.pacerpro.com) as a secondary notification email address into the pertinent court's CM/ECF profile of the attorney of record.
