The site is slow. Why?

If the site is slow (e.g., pages aren't loading or downloads or searches are taking a very long time):

  • Try refreshing the page (Ctrl-R).
  • Try using a different browser. PacerPro works best on Chrome and Firefox.
  • Contact your IT department to see if there is a firewall issue.
  • If the PACER court website is experiencing issues, it may take PacerPro longer than usual to perform functions (such as search or download) that require access to PACER.

Whatever the potential cause of the slowness, please report it to us at support@pacerpro.com so we can investigate.
