The site is slow. Why?

If the site is slow:

1) Check your browser. PacerPro works best on Chrome and Internet Explorer

2) Law firm clients - please check with your IT department to make sure PacerPro is not hitting your firewall

3) Try refreshing the page

4) In rare cases, the issue is the underlying Pacer court website. If Pacer is slow and the request you have made requires us to access Pacer, we will be slow. Report the issue to support@pacerpro.com and we will look into the question for you
